Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Locations

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Australia. We reserve the right to cancel orders to addresses on Australian Islands.
Any shipments to addresses outside of Australia are not available at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

The shipping costs depends on the shipping method that you select during the checkout:

– Toll Express: $7.90 Flat rate per order.
– Local Pick-Up in Yangebup, WA 6164: Free

3. Delivery to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers

Please note that we do NOT ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Parcel Collect; only Parcel Points are accepted.

4. Order Processing Time

The order processing time is the time between you completing the order and us handing over the parcel to the delivery company. We make efforts to process your order as soon as possible.
The estimated processing time depends on the shipping method that you select during the checkout:

– Toll Express: If your order is fully paid by 5:00 AM (Australian Western Standard Time), your order will usually be shipped on the same day. In many cases we are still able to ship you order on the same day if paid by 12:00 PM (Australian Western Standard Time).

We are located in Western Australia and are not able to ship items on WA public holidays.

5. Delivery Time

The delivery time is the time that the carrier takes to deliver your parcel. The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method that you select during the checkout:

– Toll Express: Delivery with Toll Express usually takes 1 business day, unless you live in a remote area.

Please note that our delivery times are estimates only. In certain rare cases that we have no control over (for example delivery vehicle breakdown), the delivery can take longer.

6. Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions in the field ‘Order Notes’ on the check-out page of our website (for example where to leave the parcel if no one is home).

7. Goods Damaged in Transport

If there is any damage to the goods or packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at info@beautysalonpro.com.au. For more detailed information refer to ‘Goods Damaged in Transport’ of our Return Policy.

8. Local Pick-Up

You are welcome to collect your order in Yangepub, WA 6164. Please email us at info@beautysalonpro.com.au to arrange a pick-up time.

9. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. We try our best to manage our stock and to change the product availability to ‘Out of stock’ as soon as we sold the last available items.
In rare cases it may happen that an item is not in stock at the time you place your order. In this case we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, generally within a few hours, using the original method of payment.
