Return Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns. You can return unopened, undamaged items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase, if you can prove that you have bought the item from us. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Please contact us at info@beautysalonpro.com.au for the postal address for returns.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

2. Return Shipping Cost

Shipping charges for all returns must be paid by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to goods during shipment. We recommend to add tracking and signature on delivery when returning items. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping (the initial shipping charges and the return shipping charges.)

3. Exceptions

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

4. Goods Damaged in Transport

If you have received damaged goods, please contact us at info@beautysalonpro.com.au with details of the product and the defect. We may ask you to provide photographic evidence of the damage. Please take photos of the damage as soon as you become aware of the damage.
If it is evident that the damage occurred during shipment, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible with the carrier of our choice. Should we be unable to send you a replacement (for example if the item is out of stock), we will either let you know about the estimated day of delivery of the replacement, or, should you not wish to wait, refund you for the damaged items and the postage price.
Please note that very minor cosmetic damage to the outer cardboard packaging does not constitute a damage. Some of our products have extremely thin outer cardboard packaging and minor damage to the packaging cannot always be avoided during import and transport within Australia.
